We secure our tents using a combination of guy ropes (ratchet straps) and either 42” steel stakes or concrete blocks, depending on the terrain. For grass, sand, or gravel surfaces, we use stakes for anchoring. If the tent is set up on concrete or paved areas, concrete blocks will be required.
For staked installations, someone onsite must know the locations of all underground utilities to prevent accidental damage.
If you're unsure, you must call 811DIG to have utilities marked before the tent is delivered.
For weekend events on private property, we will install on Thursday and take down the following Monday or Tuesday. For weekend events at venues, we reserve Fridays for installation and will take down on Monday or Tuesday. However, special accommodations can be arranged on a case-by-case bases.
Based on our experience, we strongly encourage you to be present during the installation process. That way for any reason you decide to make a last minute change we can try our hardest to accommodate.
As a rule of thumb you should allow our professional installer at least 1-4 hours depending on the size of the tent.
We can help with all your layout needs. We have various creative layout options that will maximize your space and functionality of your tent. If desired, we even set up your layout under your tent the day of the event. One more item to check off your list!
Great question! We pride ourselves on offering one of the broadest selections of party rentals in the area. As such, browse our website and just let us know what items you'd like to add and we will gladly add it to your order. If you need something that isn’t on our site, ask anyways because we may have it or know someone that does.
The remaining balance is due 2 weeks prior to your event. If not paid within 10 days of your event and we are unable to contact you, you will forfeit your reservation.
Some of our packages include set up of tables and chairs, some do not. It will be listed in the package if it is included. Ala Cart orders do not include set up of tables and chairs but it can be added for a fee.
We do offer pick up of some of our items, however, we cannot offer pick up on everything. Tents, staging, dancefloors, lighting, and our Throne chairs are unable to be picked up. Everything else is able to be picked up from our business location. Renter is responsible for equipment damage during transport from pick-ups and returns. Equipment should be secured in your vehicle and/or trailer with proper ties, etc. All of our rentals should be protected from the elements at all times.
We do not have an order minimum. You may rent as much or as little as you need for your event!

One of our staff will work up a quote for you and send it to you by email. In this email, there will be a link to our RENTAL AGREEMENT which must be signed and also a link to pay your 50% reservation fee. Both must be complete before your order is officially reserved for you.
We accept Cash, Check, Venmo, CashApp, Paypal Pay Later as well as in house payment plans if your event date is far enough in advance to do so.
